Jason Alvarado, CFP^®

Financial Planning Specialist

Jason works directly with our Wealth Management clients, specifically in personalized financial planning needs. From planning for retirement and saving for education to effectively managing taxes, estate planning, and insurance, he consults with clients to develop plans to accomplish their goals.

Jason joined NWCM in 2022, after three years at Morgan Stanley as the Financial Planning Specialist for advisors and their clients in the Greater Texas Region. Prior to his tenure at Morgan Stanley, Jason started as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch in 2014 and a banker for a Texas-charted Bank, Frost Bank in 2018. Jason has also started a woodworking business where he created handmade humidors for three years and is still an avid woodworker.

Jason graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture. He has also attended the University of Texas at Austin as an undergrad and Rhode Island School of Design, as a Master of Architecture candidate, before transitioning into his career in Wealth Management.
